MKY7660 Double-End Grinding Machine

1. Equipment Purpose

The LYJSD Precision MY7660 Series is primarily used for processing bearing rings, rollers, cross shafts, automobile and motorcycle connecting rods, air conditioners, radars, mobile phones, ceramics, hardware tools, etc. This machine employs a turntable with open material trays for automatic loading and unloading, offering high automation, easy operation, and high precision with excellent stability.

2. Equipment Structure

The machine bed consists of a main bed and a feeding bed connected by M20 screws. The two grinding heads are horizontally positioned on the same plane of the main bed. Key components include:

  1. Machine Bed:

    • Manufactured using high-precision resin sand casting, featuring multiple aging treatments for a flat and aesthetic surface.
    • Vibration-damping design ensures good stability and deformation resistance.
    • The feeding bed is installed centrally on the main bed.
  2. Guide Rails and Seats:

    • Utilize advanced high-strength polymer rectangular guide rails.
    • Features centralized automatic lubrication with low wear and excellent vibration absorption.
  3. Main Spindle:

    • Uses angular contact bearings at the front and double-row short cylindrical roller bearings at the rear.
    • Designed for high precision and durability, with excellent sealing and waterproof features.
  4. Feed and Compensation:

    • Employs a single servo motor and precision screw rod for high-speed feeding and precise compensation.
    • Ensures consistent dimensions before and after material cutting.
  5. Wheel Dressing:

    • Features a single-arm diamond pen dressing mechanism driven by a compact oil cylinder.
  6. Waterproof and Dustproof Design:

    • Fully enclosed structure with integrated waterproof and dustproof covers.
    • Easy to replace protective components without disassembling the grinding head guide rail.
  7. Cooling System:

    • Centralized spindle water outlet for efficient cooling, ensuring a clean and leak-free work environment.
  8. Feeding System:

    • Material tray turntable or open tray feeding, with variable speed controlled by an inverter.
  9. Electrical Control:

    • Operated via Mitsubishi PLC and touch screen, supporting manual, automatic, and compensation functions.
